After a period of use, dust will accumulate on the instrument. The dust on the machine will cause a large error in the instrument, and it may also lead to a failure of the test. Quartz glass instrumentation cleaning. Don’t use strong alkali to clean. It will corrode the polished cuvette. You can only soak it in lotion or 1% to 2% detergent, and then rinse it with tap water. Now, use a small stick or cotton swab wrapped in silk cloth to rinse. The effect will be very good. Clean the cuvette thoroughly; no water droplets should hang on the inner and outer walls.
Researchers often need to dry glass and plastic utensils used in biochemical tests. They are usually dried at 110℃–120℃ in an oven or dryer instead of using acetone to wash and then blow dry. Residual organic matter coats the vessel’s inside and outside. It interferes with the biochemical reaction.
